PSGCT Tamil Nadu Overview
PSG College of Technology, also known as PSGCT, was established in 1951 by G.R. Damodaran as the first private engineering institution in Tamil Nadu. It was founded before the independence of 1947. PSG College of Technology is a private engineering college in Coimbatore, India that is autonomous and government-aided. It has affiliated with Anna University. It is linked to the PSG and Sons Charities Trust. In 2018, PSG College of Technology was ranked sixth among private engineering colleges in India by “India Today” PSG College of Engineering NIRF 2021 has PSGCT ranked at number 46, which are all an improvement of three places from the ranking in PSG. Many of our students who participate in research projects outside of India bring significant quality and esteem back to India, which makes us proud. Several advanced centers were established with financial assistance from the ministry of human resource development, the department of science and technology, and other science in PSG College of engineering.
