NIT Goa Overview
The National Institute of Technology Goa (NIT Goa) is a premier technical institute. NIT Goa is an autonomous technical institute under the Ministry of the Human Resource Department (MHRD) of the Indian government. It was established in 2010 and announced as an ‘Institute of National Importance.’ The temporary campus is located in Farmagudi, Ponda about 29 kilometers southeast of Panaji, Goa’s capital. The National Institute of Technology Goa will grow to become a premier institution in the country. NIT Goa has excellent staff, good students, and outstanding infrastructure.
