GEU Uttarakhand Overview
The visionary founder of the Graphic Era, which is thought to be a university, worked hard to make his dream come true: to change the lives of thousands of young people through high-quality, all-around education. The Graphic Era is the result of his effort. He was entrenched in 1993 on a mission to change the higher education scene of the Doon Valley. In 1996, Graphic Era University, the realization of his ambition, was established (GEIT). With the Ministry of Human Resource Development’s approval, the Institute received the designation of a deemed university under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1958 in 2008. The National Assessment and Accreditation Council(NAAC) with a grade of “A”, the Graphic Era was accredited in 2015. A cutting-edge “Graphic Era University” has been established under the auspices of the Graphic Era Education Society to meet the needs of professional and technical education in the hills of Uttarakhand.
