DTU Delhi Overview
The Delhi Technological University, In 1952, the college began formally offering degree-level programs after becoming affiliated with the University of Delhi. Later, the architecture department evolved into the school of planning and architecture, which is currently a deemed university and an institution of national importance. At the DCE, Prof. A Das Gupta disbanded the department of commerce and formed the faculty of management studies at the University of Delhi. Thus, several national initiatives, such as IITD, SPA, the College of Arts, and even the National Science Foundation, have their roots in the Delhi College of Engineering. In terms of DTU, it was ranked 47th in the overall category by the NIRF.
