DIAT Maharashtra Overview
A putative university known as the Defence Institute of Advanced Technology was first founded in 1952 on the CME campus as the Institute of Armament Studies. The Department of Defence Research & Development, Ministry of Defence, Government of India, houses the Defense Institute of Advanced Technology (DIAT), which is the top engineering training facility.
